  Customer Survey Now Available On-Line
 
At our June 27th meeting, we spoke about developing a customer service survey that your customers could respond on-line.  The results from the survey would be reviewed and discussed at our next Group 20 meeting.  This survey is now on-line and you can view it by clicking on the ling below.
 
We have produced "invitation cards" that you can give out to your customers invitining them to take the survey.  We will be sending these out to you within the next couple of days.

2. Begin holding store meeting. 
3. Set Goals for your business.
4. Get to know your customers better. Have a success story for next G20 meeting.
5. Review and raise margin!
Remember, you will need to report on all of these at the next G20 meeting.

1. Post copy of Credit Application on website. DONE
2. Post UCC-1 on website. DONE
3. Post copy of Personal Guarantee on website. (It is on the Credit Application) DONE
4. Prepare a list of questions for G20 review and set up a Dealer Survey Website. DONE
5. Follow up XQ Survey 120 days following the meeting. (November 2006)
6. Marketing Department to prepare a CSC Statement Stuffer. DONE
7. Prepare a format for G20 stores monthly store meeting.DONE. Next Due 11/1   
8. Don Pagburn to prepare a list of the latest training videos available. DONE
9. Create a Message Board for G20.
10. Distribute Pocket Cards & Instructions for October Dealer Survey.
